What's a good NPS score?
There is no particular measure of which score is good or bad. The score is relative to each industry. To know how you are doing, try comparing your NPS with those of competitor companies.
As a general rule, any score above 0 is considered a good score.
It means most of your customers are likely to recommend you, and that's a win for your company.
If the score is lesser than zero, you need to work out ways to improve your product and service offerings to delight the customers.
